In 2001 the first physical store of Apple products was opened. Much has rained until then and many are the products that have been added to the counters of these popular stores. You just have to take a look at the new Apple Store opening today in Chicago.

As we well know, Apple products are for sale not only in their own physical stores. You can find them in: department stores, specialty stores or operators if we talk about Apple phones. However, a study carried out by the company Consumer Intelligence Research Partners, has been able to verify that Mac computers have their main point of sale in Apple's own stores.

This study has been carried out in the United States. And the analyzed period goes from October 2016 to last September 2017. The tables show well what is the buying trend of users. And you can see how iPhone, iPad and Mac computers have their own favorite selling point.

As we have already told you, Macs (laptops and desktops) have their main point of sale in the company's own Apple Store. The quota reaches almost 40%. However, if we look at the iPhone, it is purchased mainly through a mobile operator in the country. The Apple Stores only take 10% of those sales.

For its part, the iPad is a device that has more diversity when it comes to being acquired. In this case the thing is divided between third parties, mobile operators and the Apple Store. Of course, the one that wins in this case is the third party with about 20% of sales. And you, do you usually go to the Apple Store to buy your new Mac?
