However, the truth is that this device is missing some interesting applications, and a category where we see practically nothing is in games, since many developers do not see it as profitable at all. It is because of that, from Supercell, have decided to take a chance and start investing in game development for these types of devices.
Supercell invests in creating games for Apple Watch
As we have learned, recently from Supercell, creators of a multitude of games for iOS and Android such as Clash of Clans or Clash Royale, have decided create a sub-company, through which they will be responsible for the development of games for the Apple Watch, as well as for the other smart watches, trying to take advantage of it.
Specifically, this new division called Everywear Games, and in it they have invested nothing more and nothing less than 5 million euros, in order to be able to start with the development of simple games. Now, what is completely unknown is the model of obtaining income that they will use, since the games of the other operating systems focus, above all, on internal purchases, and in this device, at least for now, it is something certainly complicated, although we will see that little by little.
At the moment, they have not released anything to the market yet, since they are only beginning, but it is to be expected that, little by little, they will appear in the application store of this device, and taking into account the success they have had on other platforms, it is very likely that they will also become quite popular here.
