The first images of the next Apple Store in Scottsdale are filtered

The number of stores that Apple currently has around the world is greater than 500, a figure that, as we can see, increases every year and for the moment only decreases temporarily, when renovations are carried out in the stores that have been open for the longest time.

But in recent years, the Cupertino-based company is not dedicating itself to simply opening new Apple Stores, but is opting to create new flagship stores for all the company's followers. The last of them, We found her in Chicago by the Michigan River.

According to ABC 15 report, the Cupertino guys plan to open a new Apple Store located in Scottsdale, Arizona. This new Apple Store will be located in the Fashion Square shopping center, and from which the first renders have been leaked that show us what the final appearance of this new Apple Store will be like. Documents that have been filed with Scottsdale city hall, and leaked by Storeteller, include the schematic design, building permits, and three new images of the future Apple Store. As reported by ABC 15, the store covers an area between 1.400 and 1.600 square meters of space on two floors. The scheduled date for the start of the works has not been set at the moment.

Unlike previous projects, this time the architecture studio not headed by Norman FosterInstead, it's Ennead Architects, a New York-based firm. The design shows us a 27-inch glass exterior surface, both exterior and interior stone walls, granite floors, and an underground parking garage. The glass facade will line the entire store with a desert landscape at the front of the store. Outside, we find a wide variety of palm trees and yucca plants.

But what is most striking, we find it on the ceiling, since instead of being a flat cantilever type, the surface is covered with a dotted pattern of circular holes, letting the light seep to the bottom. The design is reminiscent of postwar modernist architecture in the XNUMXs. Keep in mind that these designs are just that, preliminary designs. The final design could change significantly when construction begins.
