The reform is not for all multinationals
This change will not affect all companies that have products in the EU, since some of them could really be economically very affected by the amount of income they earn per year in each of the EU countries. In this way, the law reform is directly related to all those companies that have great benefits (such as Apple) that are those that generate some annual revenue of more than 7 million euros or annual revenue of 750 million euros of which 50 million come from a Union country.
France, has been struggling with this for a long time and after several meetings with senior managers of these multinationals including Apple CEO Tim Cook, it seems that in the end the desired objective will be achieved and these large companies will have to agree with it.
