The resurrection of Apple (V): iMac G4

Year 2002: Apple decides that it is time to renew the computer that brought it back to fame so many years laterSo it's time to launch a new iMac with which to surprise all the maqueros and go to a different and higher level.

I am not lying to you when I say that this is to me the best design ever made of a desktop computer (except for the G4 Cube), and is that the commonly known as iMac Lamparita came to be defined by Jobs as a Tour de Force, since they worked for two years only on the design.

As standard it came equipped with a 4 MHz G700 processor, although we could choose the 800 MHz by paying more. As for other options, the iMac G4 was far from the competition for performance, but the brutal design, its minimal size and the fluidity with which it moved Mac OS X made up for it all.

In short, I think this was the computer that most calibrated Apple's improvement, and although Apple has not released a computer with similar characteristics in terms of design, I think it also served as an inspiration for future products.

Currently I have it at my parents' house, although a bit expanded: p DD 80 GB of 7200 rpm and 8 mb cache, 768 mb ram and 16x dvd dvd. Mac OS X 10.4.11

You can watch all kinds of videos and movies thanks to Perian, I have it connected to a Yoigo hsdpa modem so that it has Internet, I never put the AirPort or BlueTooth as standard.
