The second public beta of tvOS 11 is now available for download

The guys from Cupertino took advantage of yesterday afternoon, Spanish time, to launch new betas of the different operating systems they are working on to launch in their final version throughout the month of September. On the one hand we find the second public beta of the Mac operating system, macOS High Sierra. And on the other, we also find the second beta, of the Apple operating system for Apple TV, tvOS 11. In the last Apple keynote announced that the Apple TV operating system would also be part of the public beta program, and for two weeks, the company has kept its word and has begun to offer it publicly.

Obviously in order to do so, it has had to change the way it had to be installed, since now it is not necessary to connect the Apple TV to the Mac with iTunes, you just have to register on the public beta web page so that automatically Apple TV appears that we are part of the beta program and gives us the option to start testing the different betas that the company is launching to the market.

tvOS 11 was one of the great forgotten in the last keynote for developers, since Apple only announced as the main and only novelty that with tvOS 11, Amazon Prime Video would finally arrive on Apple TV once and for all, thus ending the controversy that has surrounded both companies for a little over a year. Shortly after we have been able to see how the AirPods automatically synchronize with the Apple TV without having to add them manually as before.

This second beta does not seem to have brought any important news, but once again it has focused on improving both its security and its general performance, something common at least in the first betas, and more in this one, where the news is conspicuous by its absence.
