The shortage of mini-LED screens affected the launch of the 14 and 16 ″ MacBook Pros

New MacBooks are waiting to be released shortly.

During the last WWDC it was expected that Apple will launch hardware in the form of Mac specifically the MacBook Pro with 14 and 16-inch sizes respectively. These new MacBook Pro with redesign and mini-LED screen were supposed to arrive according to the latest rumors during the same Keynote or days later but everything seems to be delayed a bit longer than expected.

Just yesterday the well-known DigiTimes site showed a small fragment of the company's internal report describing a pressure on shipments of MacBook Pro during the third quarter of this year.

It seems that the shortage of components and more specifically of the mini-LED screens is negatively affecting the mass production of these equipment. Mark Gurman himself, explained a few days ago that he did not see a launch before the summer of these teams. At the moment Gurman maintains that these teams could be launched soon but it does not specify a specific date either.

Another detail of these new 14 and 16-inch MacBook Pro respectively is the change or improvement of processor, possibly the processors of these teams would be somewhat more powerful than those of the current models, an improved M1. All this is still rumor after rumor and there is nothing officially confirmed so we do not have to think that they will arrive soon since there is no key data that indicates it, rather the opposite. We will see what finally happens and when these new Macs are presented.
