This store will open its doors this next Saturday, January 9 at 10:00 am (local time) and will be located in one of the most luxurious shopping centers in the city, the MixC, located on Qingnian Street in the Heping district.
The hours of the new store will be from Monday to Sunday from 10 am- 09:30 pm, local time, and will offer the typical traditional services offered by all other Apple Stores, including the Genius Bar, the Workshops, joint ventures, events and seminars.
This new Apple Store in the MixC center in Shenyang will actually be Apple's XNUMXth store within mainland China as the company also has plus four other stores in Hong Kong. Shenyang is located northeast of Dalian, a major port city in southern Liaoning, where an Apple Store was also opened on October 24, 2014, being number twenty-one and also the closest to this new store, which is located at 402 kilometers away.
Apple has aggressively expanded its presence in China under the direction of Angela Ahrendts, chief operating officer at Apple's Retail division, with which a few new stores have been opened in Nanning on December 12, Beijing on November 28 and Chengdu on November 21 respectively.
