Apple's streaming service where we can enjoy movies and series of original content, has a good number of subscribers but not as much as the company would like. We are all clear that they focus on quality but for it to continue working and to continue investing, their thing is to have many paying users. One way to attract them is to give temporary free subscription opportunities. That's what it's doing now with LG and some of its televisions.
LG announced an upcoming promotion that grants owners of certain Smart TV models three months of Apple TV + service for free. 8K and 4K smart TV owners from model year 2016 to 2021 are eligible for a three-month Apple TV + trial that can be claimed beginning November 15. The offer is open to new Apple TV + customers in more than 80 countries.
Apple sometimes partners with third parties in that attempt to increase the number of Apple TV + subscribers. In July, for example, Sony released a six-month trial to PlayStation 5 owners.
Offer is available with LG 8K TVs and LG 4K TVs in models from 2016 to 2021. The trial offer must be redeemed between November 15, 2021 and February 20, 2022 (redemption codes will no longer be issued after February 13, 2022). There is a limit of one offer per TV and Apple ID. Only for new subscribers. The plan automatically renews at the price of your region per month until canceled. Offer cannot be combined with Apple One or other free Apple TV + trials or offers. The offer can be redeemed simply by following the on-screen instructions in the LG Content Store or by clicking the Apple TV + ad banner in the LG TV Home Menu.
