Tim Cook celebrates Independence Day by quoting Franklin Roosevelt

Yesterday was July 4, a date marked in red on the American calendar since it is celebrated on independence day. To celebrate this day, the government of the country has held different events spread over almost all the states, but also some personalities have taken advantage of this day to congratulate all Americans in a special way, as has been the case of Tim Cook. The head of Apple, Tim Cook, has published a tweet in which in addition to wishing Americans have a good day, he has included the quote from Franklin Roosevelt "Always remember that all of us ... descended from immigrants and revolutionaries", obviously or has written in English.

Speaking to other media outlets who asked him about this tweak, Cook claims that more than any other country in the world, the United States is strong thanks to its immigrant background and the country's ability throughout its history to host people of all kinds force him to make a deeper reflection on one of the most important bases in the country that now seem to reject.

Since Tim Cook took on the role of CEO of the company, Tim has spoken openly about different social issues, including immigration. The CEO of Apple has been, along with other heads of technology companies, has openly expressed his opposition to the executive order of President Donald Trump, an executive order that limited travel to various Muslim countries with whom the relations of the country are not quite good, to call it somehow.

As soon as this executive order was implemented, Tim Cook sent an open letter to Apple employees, making it clear that all employees of his company who were affected by this measure, would have the company's legal resources on their devices, as well as the company's human resources and security department.
