He revealed that he likes to spend the first hour of the day, reading emails from customers, because it is the best way to hear them, to know what they think, what they feel.
Apple's inspiration are artists, doctors, musicians and others who use Apple products to change the world in some way. Failures will also come, but you have to have faith and they will pass.
There will be times when you fail dramatically. I certainly have. You have to have faith and it will pass. Look in the mirror and watch the person breathe. You are not dead. It is not the biggest problem in the world. It will happen. And I do it many times a day sometimes. Do that for a while and you won't have to go through it again. You will be able to cope with these failures and in fact, you will not see them as failures, but as things learned, and it will not be so damaging.
