Tomb Raider for macOS is updated to 64-bit

The arrival of 64 bit along with macOS Catalina is imminent and the best we can do is be prepared for it with all our updated applications and all the programs prepared. In this case the developers also have a lot to say in this and Feral is one of the firms that is progressively updating each and every one of its titles for Mac.

In this case, the firm has just launched a new version of the game Tomb Raider in which the upgrade from 32 to 64 bits. With this new version released, the game allows its users to continue enjoying the content in this version of the system and in the next one that is close to being released.

Also in this new update Apple's Metal Graphics API is used instead of OpenGL and several new features are added, including the elimination of the connection function of the game to the Game Center accounts. The game is available for update from the Mac application store, the Mac App Store or from the Steam gaming platform and is obviously totally free.

Remember that this game needs some minimum requirements to be able to run on our Mac. This is the list of the Tomb Raider compatible equipment:

  • All Mac Pros released since Late 2013
