It may be the case that on certain occasions the Mac do not remember the passwords of any app or website, and although it is not a serious problem it is true that it can be a bit annoying, but luckily you can surely solve it.

A small but adorable app called Keychain First Aid that is inside our own Mac -although you probably don't know it- will allow us to fix the mess.

To open and use it, follow these steps:

  1. Open Keychain Access -with Spotlight itself-
  2. Go to the top menu, click on Keychain Access and open First Help.
  3. Click on Verify, and if you have errors, touch repair.

This so-called "Keychain First Aid" application DOES NOT EXIST on the Mac. It may be a third-party application, rendering this article useless.

This article was published 9 years ago, it is normal that the application is no longer available.
