As time goes by, we accumulate a lot of photographs on our Macs as well as on the iPhone or iPad. Many of those images or videos are not very important but others would need an extra protection that could never hurt. Trustful is one of those applications that can encrypt our static and moving images on our Macs but not only locally, also in iCloud and that is quite important and practical.

Trustful allows us to protect our photos and videos locally on our Mac, although it is also an application for iPhone and iPad, with which we will have protection from the beginning, that is, the take until we transfer it to the Mac. We also have the possibility of being able encrypt images in iCloud. In this way Any type of image that we have captured will be safe from prying eyes or unauthorized. From the document captures that we have made at a given moment, to those personal photographs. We don't have to have a specific reason to be able to encrypt our images, just being a little jealous of our privacy is enough.
The Trustful app does not collect any kind of data, absolutely none. No third-party SDKs or frameworks are used to ensure maximum privacy. There are no ads or analytics in the app. In short: Our data is ours and ours alone. No one in this world can view or access your photos or videos stored on Trustful, locally or in the cloud. Every photo and video is encrypted using the secret key and the master password. They are decrypted in real time only when we open and unlock the application. As soon as the application goes to the background or is closed, the data cannot be accessed locally as everything is always in encrypted form. Every photo and video that is synced to iCloud is always in encrypted form.
We can import photos and videos from the photo library, files in the folders, captures using the built-in camera or using Share Extension. Trustful supports all the most commonly used image and video formats (JPG, PNG, HEIC, Live Photo, GIF, TIFF, MOV, HEIF, MP4). We can also see all the metadata information (size, camera information, gps and more) of each photo and video directly within the application.
