macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 Released to Fix Meltdown and Specter

A few hours ago we spoke soy de Mac about Apple's confirmation about the problems with Meltdown and Spectre. At that time we already warned that the partial solution to this security flaw was imminent, since we have been reading about it for days and Apple already announced that would release a patch to solve the problem.

Well, it seems that today was the perfect time to solve this failure and everything indicates that Safari, the official browser of all the company's products, is responsible for mitigating the effects of Meltdown and Specter. Actually this is a patch that partially solves the problem, but all equipment, whether or not Apple is affected by it and this is something difficult to manage for any company.

The firm itself recognized that it is difficult to find the definitive solution to the problem ... This is something we do not doubt, but we are clear that they are working on it and this update is an important part. The new version is available to all users and in this case we don't have updates for watchOS or tvOS, as is usual in these cases.

Surely the Cupertino people are working on it and we will soon receive new versions available for download. In this case, the version of macOS and iOS, are the versions available to everyone. You can download the macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 update directly from the Mac App Store in the updates tab. Apple itself advises us to install this update as soon as possible to patch the security hole found, so we have to update.

Like what update of macOS High Sierra 10.12.2, if we are already on 10.13.3

Crazy question of the day, but that is not a joke ... Would this protect an iMac with Bootcamp that is used mostly with Windows 7 if I boot with the Mac partition and apply it?

Don't be too hard on me and thank you.
