The first thing we have to do is open the image we want to edit by double clicking on it, it will be opened with the Preview tool and then it is very easy to edit it, let's see a small example of how to do it.
In the upper part of the image we have the edit button (in the lower image, the one on the right), we press it and it will show us the toolbar for editing the image (in the lower image, the one on the left) , then we just have to click on the image of the globe or the cloud to add ours and write the text we want:
