VMware Fusion Tech Preview 2018 is ready for macOS Mojave

Yesterday we learned that Apple had released the first public beta of macOS Mojave, therefore, any Apple user can try the new Apple software if they want. Of course, we always recommend that you not install the beta version in the main working system.

One of the options we have to work with a public beta is to virtualize the operating system and as of today, one of the main applications to virtualize for Mac VMware Fusion, updated to service the next macOS Mojave. For this you must have macOS High Sierra installed on your Mac.

Also, as this is a preview version of VMware Fusion, we can Download for free. Those who do not know a virtualization application, what they intend is to run one operating system within another. It is very useful for running Windows on Mac, if it does not require great resource consumption. It is a perfect option if you have to run an application that is only available on windows.

At the moment, we can only install macOS Mojave in a virtual machine, if we download the beta version of Mojave from the Mac App Store.

In this new version, we have access to the virtual machine from the Finder sidebar. From there, we have direct access to the different virtual machines and their configurations. Further, we can change virtual machine mode like: window, full screen. Other options are also available. Among them the screenshot.

But VMware Fusion wants to address the pain points of virtualization. It has DirectX 10.1. , with it takes advantage of Metal technology for rendering 3D graphics. This improves not only the actions with video, but also the execution of games.

Finally, VMware Fusion remembers Apple's Touch Bar. Allows users to customize the bar to decide what functions they want to have available in the Apple bar and which ones are not.
