Traditionally, Apple has always allowed us to personalize iPhones and iPads by adding an engraving on the back, an engraving that in the long run it can be a problem if we want to sell it later, but that gives it a very attractive personal touch for some users.
For a few days, the possibility of customizing Apple products has been added AirPods, AirPods that we can not only add our name, an option that was already available, but also, allows us to add an emoji to personalize them even more. This option does not imply any increase in the price.
Due to the size of the charging case, it is very easy to lose them, something that has not only happened to me, but also to my podcast partner Miguel. Including the phone number would be ideal as long as a Good Samaritan finds them, since it is one of the few Apple devices that are not associated with an Apple ID, so if we find some, We just have to reset them to start using them without any problem.
The option to include emojis in the AirPods is available in the three models available in the market: AirPods Pro, Second-generation AirPods with wireless charging case and AirPods with charging case via lightning. At the moment We only have 31 emojis at our disposal, so we cannot select the one we like the most if it is not available in the selection that Apple offers us.
Include the option to record an emoji, it will always give less trouble when trying to sell them, if we do not want to add our name or our phone number but we want to give it a personal touch. In this sense, I sincerely believe that the best option to give a touch of personalization to the box of our AirPods is through one of the different covers that we have at our disposal both inside and outside the Apple Store.
