A few days ago a Telegram update for OS X was launched that makes it more useful and simple if possible, becoming the undisputed queen.
The fact is that the leak that we have been able to find is that one of the text translators for the application WhatsApp has received a request to translate a series of phrases that, as you can see in the screenshot of the email that we attached to you, unequivocally refers to Safari on OS X. That is why we assume that the WhatsApp people are plotting to definitively launch the WhatsApp Web version for Safari.
However, not everything is flowers and joy since one of the phrases that the translator must translate specifies that in Safari this application will only work from OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion or higher in addition to In Safari, the capture of funds and voice messages will not work, for which we will be asked to use the other browsers that we have told you about.
To use all the functions of WhatsApp Web such as taking photos or voice messages, we recommend using Chrome, Firefox or Opera
We have investigated a bit and it turns out that Whastapp Web will not be able to support these functions because it does not implement the WenRTC APIs that are required.
