How will FaceID affect the next generation of Macs?

After what we have experienced this week we are in a position to think about the future of other apple products and that is when Apple released The TouchID did not take long to port the idea to the iPad and finally, in the last MacBook Pros with Touch Bar.

It is a logical evolution of certain technologies that, after being reinvented by Apple, are implemented in various product ranges and, as you may have already realized, what truly attracts Apple is the ecosystem they have set up.

If we focus on the TouchID, you will see that it is currently available on iPhones, iPads and MacBook Pro with Touch Bar. It is the same idea implemented on different devices in order to be able to manage our security in terms of passwords and data. Now it is back on the attack with a new technology they have called FaceID.

It is clear that the logical evolution of all this is that in the next generation of iPad we see some of it implemented and that is something that would make this product place itself where it is right now, at the top. Now, does it make sense to implement this technology in a computer like MacBook? It will be something for Apple hardware engineers to study to decide if something like this makes the product more or less attractive.

Apple has certainly done it again. It has put a product on the market that, even though it is still in stores, already has millions of followers.
