The date of the celebration of the World Wide Developers Conference 2016, the already traditional event focused on developers that Apple organizes annually to present the news and the line of growth of its products. From June 13 to 17, the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco will open its doors to kick off WWDC, one of the most anticipated technology events of 2016.
There are many rumors that we know about the data that will be revealed during WWDC 2016, and all have been pointing with increasing certainty to the presentation of the new operating system Mac OS X 10.12, which could be renamed MacOS, from iOS 10 and a possible renewal of tvOS and watchOS.
At WWDC 2016 Siri will be a reality on Mac OS X
Mark Gurman, Senior Editor at 9TO5MAC and responsible for some of the most relevant leaks of the firm, already spoke last February of the company's intention to include Siri in the new operating system. After 4 years of development, it seems that the engineers have achieved a clean and efficient interface similar to that of iOS in appearance and configuration possibilities, which will be presented at WWDC 2016.
In Mac OS X 10.12 we can activate Siri by simply clicking on the new button that would be found in the menu bar of our desktop, with the possibility of configuring a keyboard shortcut and the voice command "Hey Siri" how practical it has been for us on iOS. From the system preferences we can make the necessary adjustments in a new panel dedicated to the assistant to adapt this new functionality to our needs.
Although there are not many details that can confirm it, there is also the possibility that the company has decided to develop a simpler and more intuitive interface for Apple Music in a redesign aimed at improving the experience of all types of users.
What we discovered about iOS 10 at WWDC 2016
On iOS 10, infinite expectations and suggestions have been raised that lead the followers of the brand to little illuminating conjectures, although very interesting. From MacRumours we get a wishlist more realistic that would bring great advantages to users who bet on mobility at work from their iPhone and iPad.

What does seem confirmed is that Apple has decided to present at WWDC 2016 a native application focused on home automation and to control over some smart systems in our homes.
This intention to join the growing evolution of home automation was announced already in 2014 when the integration project with intelligent hardware creators began through HomeKit. However, in iOS 10 the signature of Cupertino could include Home, the specific application from which we would have the possibility of directly control all gadgets home, so that from this simple application we can access all home automation functionalities like turning off all the lights, turning on the coffee maker and adjusting the heating, among other options that until relatively recently seemed quite futuristic.
What else do we expect from WWDC 2016?
There was already talk of a possible revamp of the Macbook Pro range in both 13 ”and 15” formats for the company's latest keynote, in which we couldn't see any progress on these models. However, it is expected that for the second half of 2016, Apple surprises us with lighter and more powerful laptops, with improved graphics and a more efficient battery.
Regarding applications, the well-known Asian website MacOtakara has considered the possibility that Apple is also working on important improvements to the iPhoto and Photos photography applications, that will be included in both iOS 10 and Mac OX X 10.12, and that will allow the edit EXIF information images and some adjustments such as brightness and other parameters in specific parts of each photograph with a brush-like option.
