As you all know, today is International Yoga Day and Apple has been celebrating it for years with a new medal by doing 20 minutes of this activity anywhere in the world. One more year Apple will award the corresponding medals and stickers to the challenge that takes place this day June 21 and that became a common challenge for three years.

In this case, as in previous years, the challenge consists of perform a yoga workout of 20 minutes or more by registering it in the training appThis challenge is quite simple for those who practice yoga on a regular basis, but those of us who are not used to doing this type of activity can even get hooked on it thanks to this challenge.

What some users do is activate the yoga training and do another training but really the fun here is practicing a new modality and learning new things. It is clear that not everyone will like it but if you do not try it, you do not know.

Once the 20 minutes of training have been completed, the medal will be registered in our Apple Watch medal collection in the awards section right at the place of limited edition challenges. You will also have available the stickers related to this activity that you can share in the messages application and others. Well, we always say the important thing here is that time you use for your body and health beyond the medals or challenges.
