Personally, I already stated that I had no idea about this building that is being built about 5 km from where the Apple Campus 2 will be located, of which we are seeing a little more of its evolution every month. This morning the team soy de Mac has started looking for the video of the month of September about Apple Campus 2 and we were surprised to see various videos announcing Apple Campus 3. So we went to the video of Matthew Roberts, the well-known YouTuber who shows us spectacular images of Apple's Campus 2 from his drone and we also found this Campus 3 located in Sunnyvale, in Silicon Valley itself. So this is the video we have of this «covered» Campus 3 From which below we will see all the information that we have been able to collect from it, for now we are going with the video:
Having seen the video and a bit of the idea of what this Apple Campus 3 can be, we cannot ignore number of images of the project that we have collected in this gallery so you can see the finished work.
The truth is that this new Campus 3 is relatively close to the "SpaceShip" and several companies such as ibion Corp. or Avantis Medical, among others, had facilities at the construction site. The surface that the Apple building will occupy is about 7,3 hectares and the junction between this and Campus 2 is made by following the S Wolfe Road. The project is known as Central & Wolfe and those in charge of carrying it out are HOK Architects.
This new Campus 3 that will have the sustainable type certification LEED Platinum, It has 3 spectacular curved buildings with a facade similar to that of Campus 2, fully glazed in 4 upper floors and 2 basements, it also has an adjacent 2-story building, parking, an area with patios and gardens on the roofs of the buildings, numerous green areas between the buildings and interior areas for conferences together with different services such as cafeteria, gym, etc. They are almost 72.000 m2, where almost the total of the buildings are destined to offices and where Apple will be able to continue developing its devices, software and products.
Actually I can say that I was totally unaware of this project and I don't even remember Apple itself commenting on anything about it except about 5 years ago when it was said that at the end of Apple's Campus 2 work would begin on another Campus, it seems that this is already underway ...
