Intel's new processors, the Skylake series, are leaked

After much dizzy with the new Intel processors called Broadwell, it seems that in the end they will not be used in future Apple Macs. This new filtration shows us above the processors that the company will manufacture with Skylake microarchitecture, for future Macs.

These new processors leaked by el sitio chino BenchLife would arrive at the end of September and its construction is based on the 14 nanómetros, lo que mejora considerablemente la eficiencia y consumo de los mismos. Intel planea el lanzamiento en septiembre de las versiones Skylake-U, Skylake-Y, Skylake-H y Skylake-S, para añadir otras versiones a finales-principios del año que viene.

Another detail to highlight is that these new processors will also be used for the powerful Mac Pro, so hopefully the same as in the more powerful Broadwell version does not happen and Intel does not rest on its laurels in terms of manufacturing or solving problems that appear.

To this day, Macs do not have the same architecture for the processor and that is why we can see the Broadwell-Y Core M en el recién estrenado MacBook de 12 pulgadas, los Broadwell-T para los Macbook Air y MacBook Pro de 13 pulgadas, los Haswell para el MacBook Pro de 15 pulgadas o los Xeon E5 para el potente Mac Pro.

Will this year we see the mac book pro retina display 13 ″ with skylake processor? Would it be good to wait to buy this reference at the end of the year?

Hello Cesar, this is the eternal question and if you are not in a hurry or need to buy the Mac you can wait to see what happens in the fall. Anyway the current processors go like a shot.
