The list of known actors and actresses around the world who are gradually becoming part of the content available on Apple TV +, is increasing every month. The latest addition is Nicole Kidman, actress who will participate in the series baptized as Roar which will be composed of 8 episodes of half an hour duration.
In addition to Nicole Kidman, in this new series, of which at the moment its release date on Apple TV + is unknownThere are also Alison Brie, Cynthia Erivo and Merrit Wever. Roar is described as an "anthological series of feminist fables with a touch of black comedy."
The book this series is based on, is based on the book with the same name written by Cecilia Ahern, and presents us with 30 stories of women who "explore different absurd contradictions or problems in their lives."
The creators of this new series, are the same as GLOW, Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch. Alison Brie, was part of the cast of this Netflix series during the 3 seasons that the series had until it was canceled last year due to the coronavirus, although filming had started on the fourth and final season in March of last year.
Nicole Kidman she has won an Oscar from the Hollywood Academy and an English BAFTA for best actress for the film The Hours.
