Nokia sues Apple for patent infringement

Today we are used to running into news about Apple's lawsuits against Samsung and vice versa, but this time it seems that Apple has been joined by a new enemy and this is not just any one, it is Nokia. The Finnish company has sued Apple for infringing a series of patents held by the brand that today tries to re-emerge in this tight market for mobile devices. This time up to 32 patents registered by Nokia are cited that would have been infringed by Apple

The lawsuit reaches the United States and Germany, so there is no doubt that "Apple will already be preparing the artillery" to counterattack this lawsuit, but there is no official statement or something similar to this day. According to the medium street insider all of them are due to the non-acceptance of licenses offered by Nokia to Apple for the latter to use on their smartphones. In this case, all patents are related to Apple iPhones..

Note that what can be read in the aforementioned medium speaks of a lawsuit filed for the use of an interface, internal components and it is ensured that the Finnish firm would be preparing more lawsuits on its patents for the next few days. Now it remains to see the steps of both and above all Waiting for a high financial settlement to avoid going to trial or in the case of doing so will be an issue that will bring a queue and will take time. All brands want theirs and if it is true that Nokia has registered a good number of patents, so we will see how it ends.

About Nokia we can say that they are not going through their best moment, but its new series of mobile devices is expected to be present at the next MWC (Mobile World Congress) in Barcelona during the month of February next year that will catapult you back to the market.
