The one in charge of announcing the official arrival of this title for Mac and Linux users has been none other than Feral Interactive. The game was originally developed and published by Square Enix and developed by Eidos-Montréal for Windows and consoles, Shadow of the Tomb Raider Definitive Edition is the thrilling completion of Lara Croft's origin story.
Feral Interactive was also in charge of launching the two previous installments, Tomb Raider and Rise of the Tomb Raider for macOS and Linux, and both games have been available for some time on Feral's own website and on Steam among other platforms.
In the video presentation of Feral we can see how we will become Lara Croft and it will be time to run to save the world from a Mayan apocalypse. In this case the search for Lara will take us from bustling Mexican city of Cozumel to the dark heart of the Peruvian jungle, where the hidden city of Paititi awaits you. You will have to enter all kinds of underwater caverns, traverse spectacular landscapes and explore challenging tombs full of lethal traps that make this game a true experience for the player.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Definitive Edition combines the base game, all seven DLC challenge tombs, and all downloadable weapons, outfits, and abilities. This new edition of Shadow of the Tomb Raider for macOS and Linux users will be released with a price of EUR 59,99, £ 44,99 and $ 59,99.
