The iCloud web page will receive a new aesthetic change once the final versions of the different Apple OS are released. This new version is quite similar to the style or interface that we have available in the beta of iOS 13, this new version will be something more similar to what we have in this operating system.
For now it is a design change with some improvements when it comes to the Reminders app. This is at least shown by the well-known Federico Viticci, in his official Twitter account where he shows us some of these changes in the tool in addition to showing the general aesthetic change that iCloud will receive.
This is the tweet from developer Viticci, in which you can see some of the changes that we mentioned in this article:

As you can see in the photos in the tweet and on the website itself, the changes are mostly aesthetic, but they are changes that directly affect all users since they are implemented on the iCloud website. This means that once they update the web from Apple, we will all see it as developers are seeing it right now. The blue background disappears and the icons are also modified even though the images are taken from an iPad Pro, they will be the same for all teams that access from the web. Apple already warned of these changes in the last WWDC and today you can start to see it thanks to the developers who are testing the betas.
