But it does not always work completely correctly. An example of this are the applications that we purchase from the store applications, the Mac App Store, which sometimes do not appear. One of the possible problems is caused when an Apple account is connected to a Family Community or Family Sharing, but this is not always the problem. Let's look at the different incidents and how to solve them. First of all, we are going to give you the least expensive solutions and if these do not work, we must take more forceful measures to solve it. The first of them is sign out of the Mac App Store. Check in the upper left corner yes you are «logged in». If so, please log out of the store. Now do the opposite step, log into the app store. Check now if all the applications you expected appear.
The second option for which you cannot find the application you are looking for are the different accounts you have. You may use an account for work and another at a private level. Or one from your country and another from the US to buy that application only available in that country. Change the ID for another and you will probably find the desired application.
Finally, although the following action seems implausible, some users comment that it solved the problem for them. In some cases, everything happens to unlock something that was locked. To test this option, we must create a new user, it works on our own Mac and from there log in with our regular user in the Mac App Store. To do this, go to system preferences-Users and Groups. Unlock the padlock on the bottom left if it is locked and create a new user. You will only use it once, so you don't need to think much with management. Now sign in to the Mac App Store. Now all applications purchased with this user should appear. This should unlock this ID and the apps should appear on the original user.
