As we have been talking throughout this week, Apple has finally put its new AirPods on sale, after a few months of uncertainty due to numerous delays in the official launch. Finally, It seems that users will be able to have their new headphones from next day 20.
Echoing this news, we began to know all the details related to the company's new wireless headphones. Yesterday, for example, we commented to you the price of replacing the battery in case of any problem with it. Today we know what price it will be to buy just one of the AirPods in case we lose one of them.
We must bear in mind that AirPods are wireless. This means that its connection with our iPhone is via bluetooth and that, as it is not physically connected to the mobile, we have a greater risk of suffering losses or falls of some of them.
For this, Apple has come up with a plan to sell just one of the AirPods headphones (and only in case of loss of one) for a reduced price. During yesterday the figures were made official, and although we still do not have the official price for Europe, we can already intuit its price in the old continent.
On Apple's official website, it appears that the price of a single headset will be $ 69. This has been around € 80 in European countries. As we can see, there is a small exception in case the headphones are under manufacturer's warranty. In this case, the price of each headset will be $ 49 (about € 60).
It seems curious to us at least that the place where we keep the AirPods (and where they are charged) has the same price as one of the loose headphones.
Thanks to this initiative by Apple, if we have a problem with our AirPods, we can always buy just one instead of having to buy the entire "pack". The prices still do not appear in the official page of Apple for Spain. We are awaiting official confirmation.
