The recent American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) report puts Apple in the lead when it comes to consumer satisfaction index. In this case, the Cupertino company leads in all aspects when we talk about products as a whole, but when they focus on the individual satisfaction indexes of each product, the iPhone saw a slight increase of 1 percent compared to the data obtained by this same 2019 study. Thanks to this, it is still one point above Samsung, since the South Korean remains with 81 out of 100 while Apple goes up to 82 out of 100.
Phones are not everything in this study and it is intended to assess overall brand satisfaction. The study shows that the Cupertino company has a small advantage over the rest but not too far from samsung. The advantage of Apple is that in the United States it is a local brand and this always works in its favor.
This ACSI report is totally free and in this case it chooses the participants randomly. During this year 27.346 people have been interviewed residents of the United States between March 20 and April 15. What they try to clarify in it is satisfaction with the brand and its products in general, the quality of the products that customers perceive and the value that the firm transmits. Of course, at Apple there is no reason to be uneasy in this type of survey and less when they are carried out in your own country, it would be good to see these surveys in other countries and compare results.
