The only one that has remained in the pipeline this afternoon is the beta for watchOS developers, but possibly the guys from Cupertino will launch it in the next few hours. What a week for Apple with the new versions of its software, the launch of the HomePod and now the beta versions for developers.
Ultimately, it is about adding improvements to the current versions and we are not sure that they will have time to correct errors from one day to the next -which is how long it takes to launch the final versions and the first beta for developers- but they can fiddle with time new versions adding somewhat more prominent changes such as iOS.
In this case for the Apple TV add various changes in the jump from tvOS 11.2.5 to tvOS 11.3 and is that all versions add some novelties in the change of numbering, more or less important, but changes. When we read the notes of the new version released for tvOS developers we see that in addition to the typical bug fixes and improvements in system stability, they show us the following improvements:
- Content compatibility improvements
- Automatic frame rate change on XNUMXth generation Apple TV
- Automatic mode switching for video sessions with AirPlay
In any case, the improvements will continue to be implemented and polished in the following beta versions for developers and users enrolled in the public beta program, which by the way will be close to being launched. Not too many changes but we already have more than in any other previous version so they are well received.
