Little more than a year after we were assaulted by a small but cruel enemy that has already taken more than three million people around the world, the pandemic situation seems to be going a little better, but we are faced with setbacks every so often. The economy is not able to resurface as it should because the infection rate is still very high. Although Apple is not one of the hardest hit by the pandemic on an economic level, it is not one that has been completely spared. Apple Stores around the world have been closed for a long time to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. A few were opening, others were closing, it seemed that the time would never come to have all of them open, at least in one country completely. But this was the case recently in the UK. However, the US seems not to reach that level. Michigan must close again.
In total there are six points of sale in the city that have to close again. It is a "temporary" measure due to current COVID-19 conditions in the state. The Michigan store listing confirm that they are closed for the foreseeable future, with no indication of when they will reopen to the public. "We are taking this step with great caution as we closely monitor the situation and hope to have our teams and customers back as soon as possible."
Those who had an appointment with technical support or had to pick up an order, can do so until April 18. However, from that date you will not be able to make purchases at Apple if you are in Michigan. We will have to continue having patience and above all head.
