Apple launches fourth public beta of macOS High Sierra and tvOS 11

macOS Sierra beta

A day after the launch of the beta for developers of both macOS High Sierra and tvOS, the guys from Cupertino have released the corresponding public version of these, although the numbering is not the same. This time Apple has released the fourth beta of macOS High Sierra, while the version for developers is number 5. This new version. The next version of the operating system for Mac computers, offers us as the main novelty the new APFS (Apple File System) file system, Metal 2, improvements in the Mail application, Photos, Safari ... Apple has also released a new version of the operating system for the Apple TV.

On this occasion, Apple has launched the fourth beta of tvOS 11, while the beta currently available for developers is number five, a beta that came out a couple of days ago. Like the macOS version, the guys from Cupertino have not added any new feature that stands out beyond those announced in the keynote held on June 5 at the developer conference held in San José and where Apple introduced the new versions of all the operating systems of its products.

Among the novelties that should be highlighted in tvOS, stands out the possibility of using the AirPods automatically without having to pair them previously, since its synchronization is done through iCloud, being the only device that today was not directly compatible with Apple's wireless headphones. Another novelty is found in the Amazon Prime Video application, an application that until now was not available for Apple TV, due to the problems between Apple and Amazon, problems that have finally been solved in a friendly way which will allow Apple to return to sell Apple TV to internet sales giant Amazon.
