In the last keynote on September 7, the Cupertino-based company only made a very cursory mention of Apple Pay, announcing the next arrival of this form of payment to Japan in combination with Felica, a very widespread NFC payment system throughout the country. While we await the arrival of Apple Pay to more countries, at least some Spanish-speaking, Apple has once again updated the list of banks and credit institutions that are currently compatible with Apple Pay.

Currently Apple Pay in addition to being available in the United States is also available in Australia, China, Singapore, Canada, Switzerland, France and the United Kingdom. In addition, with the arrival of macOS Sierra, Apple released the version of the operating system for Mac a little over 12 hours ago, it offers support for Apple Pay through Safari, as long as it is available in the user's country.
