Xcode 6.0.1

Many users, as is my case, are immersed in an afternoon of updates. The iOS system has been updated, you have to make backup copies, you have to update all the devices, iphone, iPad, iPod and of course, have to verify the contents to free up space necessary for these latest and heavy updates. Well, as if that weren't enough, the users that we use or of the applications for developers have an extra job and that is Apple has also released updates to Xcode to its version 6.0.1 and also the Developer Preview of OS X Server 4.0

In short, a crazy afternoon in which Apple's servers have to be red hot, because let's remember that millions of people are trying to download iOS system updates at the same time.

Well yes, along with the release of iOS 8, Apple has released updates for developers as well. OS X Server 4.0 Developer Preview for Yosemite Server and Xcode 6.0.1. Xcode 6.0.1 is the version of Apple's development environment that Cupertino wants all developers to use in the future for iOS 8 applications. Interestingly, it's different from the Xcode 6 GM that Apple released last week, although the nature of the changes has yet to be fully detected.

So now you know, while you are with your iDevices in the operating room installing their operating systems, put the Mac to work and download the updates that we have discussed.

In this new version of xcode, can it still be programmed in Objective-C? I have an app in development and I don't want to update my mac if this version doesn't already support Objective-C.
