Just a few minutes ago the alarm went off among some users about the lack of stock in some of the official Apple stores in the United States from Airport Xtrem and Airport Time Capsule. This logically has made a leap almost immediately to the most important media that cover Apple news in the country and the stir was served. After inquiring about the option that the guys from Cupertino would rethink the option of renewing these devices released relatively recently, the answer is something less momentous although it is true that these products will be renewed in the country.
What they have found is that the deadline for FCC certification is close for these two Airport models, on June 2 of this year, Obviously, the supply of these routers and the stock in stores is disappearing progressively to update the certification.
So although it is true that US users will have new Airport Xtrem and Airport Time Capsule, the change does not improve anything compared to the current version of the two router models, it is simply renewed to adapt to the new features of this FCC regulation. The speed with which the news spreads on the web and how "controlled" these companies are when they run out of stock in a store is spectacular.
