A new hotel opened in California by the Aloft Cupertino chain incorporates Apple TV into your rooms in each of its 123 rooms. It seems that an important factor that led to the decision to provide this service to customers may be the hotel's proximity to Apple headquarters, this hotel is located two streets down.
The new hotel wants in this way to expand a little more the offer and the possibilities of its users when they need to stay in one of the rooms and they invite us to use this new service available in the rooms including the famous AirPlay.
The options are quite clear, everything we can do with this Apple device at home, we can do in our hotel room. Movie rental, watching Apple TV television programs, MLB sports channels and all the options that allow us to enhance this device we will have them available in the room.
Something interesting is also that these rooms have a 42 inch LCD TV in the rooms that will allow us to enjoy more if possible of this Apple TV.
This new hotel also includes a service at the hotel reception that allows us to use a tablet (we do not know the brand) to be able to look up directions, check the status of our flight, they even allow us to print our boarding passes (we do not know if this has any extra cost).
Starting at the end of this month of March, the hotel will also offer the possibility to guests of access the rooms without having to go through the reception thanks to a radio frequency identification system whose initials are RFID.
So that everything is to our liking when we get to the hotel the employees will schedule the Apple TV minutes before our arrival and according to nationality to have the service in our language; after our departure they will restore the device for the next user.
