The monthly payment for AppleCare + reaches Germany and the United Kingdom.

AppleCare +

AppleCare + is the Apple service that best covers you for the company's devices. Not just the Mac, if not also the iPhone, iPad ... etc. Now arrives in its monthly payment method to Germany and the United Kingdom, so it is to be expected that it will be able to arrive in Spain not taking too long. From now on, those who purchase a device from the block and want to extend the AppleCare + service, can do so with monthly payments.

In March 2019, AppleCare + arrived in Spain and customers could purchase this extended coverage plan for Apple devices for a period of one year and in some cases a year and a half (36 months in the case of Apple Wacth Hermés or a special edition). However, in the US or Japan, once this period was over, coverage could be extended with a monthly payment. Right now in Spain, this is not possible. However the option may not be long in coming.

Apple has announced that this option is now available for Germany and the UK, so it is more than likely (or so we hope) that it will not take too long to reach Spain. Monthly AppleCare + payments were previously limited to Australia, Canada, Japan and the United States, and the inclusion of Germany and the United Kingdom brings the total number of territories with the payment option to a total of six.

Depending on the change, customers who buy an iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch can purchase AppleCare + coverage, either by paying for 24 months of coverage in advance or by paying monthly. For Apple Watch Edition and Hermes buyers, the period is extended to 36 months. At the end of the AppleCare coverage period, customers who paid in advance they can switch to the monthly plan to extend their coverage. They can modify the option through the settings on their iPhone or iPad or through the website. It can be done within 60 days after the end of the original coverage date, although in Japan it is 30 days.
