BioShock Remastered is coming to macOS on August 22

And we keep talking about remastering of game classics. It is clear that in recent years the lack of ideas is noticeable not only in the cinema, where they do not stop making new versions of classics, but it is also affecting the world of video games, where new titles can be counted on the fingers of one hand, and there would still be fingers left.

In my previous article, I informed you about the release of the remastered version of Starcraft, a classic that has received a graphics and sound update to adapt to today. The next game that also has undergone a lifting process has been BioShock, another classic among the classics, a game in which you would surely spend many hours.

At the beginning of the month we informed you of the upcoming release of the new version of BioShock for Mac, a version that has been available for consoles for a little over a year, but so far it seems that the version had not been for Apple computers. Finally the boys of Feral have officially announced lBioShock remastered release date: August 22, next week.

BioShock will release a remastered version with new graphics and sounds 10 years after its release and will be available directly on the Mac App Store. The price at which this new edition will arrive will be 19,99 euros. The original version will also continue to be available in case you feel that the new version is not worth that investment of money.

The action of BioShock, a first-person shooter or FPS game, takes place in Ucronia in 1960. In the game we play the role of Jack, who has suffered a plane crash in the city of Rapture, where He will have to face mutated humans with powers alongside robots.
