The Apple Maps application is still important today for the firm and especially for users. In this case and after seeing how Madrid entered into the cities where the public transportation information in Apple Maps, now it's Calgary's turn.
This is one of those services that can come in handy on certain occasions and especially for those users who are not from the city. With all the information available on the iPhone, iPad and Mac we will be able to control from the stops that have a bus line, metro or similar, to the time it would take to reach our destination.
Thus Calgary the largest city in the province of Alberta, in Canada, is added to those that already have this service available, of which we highlight: Atlanta, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Honolulu, Houston, Kansas City, Manchester, Melbourne, Miami, Minneapolis – Saint Paul, Montréal, New Orleans, Paris, Portland, Pittsburgh, Prague, Rio de Janeiro, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, San Diego, Seattle, Singapore or the one mentioned above, Madrid.
We do not have to forget the beginnings of Apple Maps and the sad arrival after a long time to prepare the app. Apple itself has been taking the right steps for a long time, this option to obtain information on public transport arrived in 2012 and to date they have improved and expanded their information in many cities. Obviously they have to continue adding information about public transport and improving the information of the tool itself, but we do not doubt that they are working on it and little by little it will reach more cities. Let's hope that in Spain they add some more, we have to wait.
