Check your calendar appointments in a different way with PixelScheduler

For many users, the native macOS calendar is more than enough for their day-to-day needs, as long as there aren't many. But if we have a more than tight schedule, in the native calendar we find that we lack many functions, which we can perfectly supply with Fantastical 2, one of the best applications to manage our appointments or reminders. When checking the appointments we have on the agenda, We can do it either through the Notification Center with the available widgets, or by opening the application.

But if we like neither of the two ways, because it makes us waste time, especially if we do it several times a day, we can make use of PixelScheculer, a small free application that shows us the appointments from our agenda in a bar, a bar that we can place it at the bottom or on the right or left side of the screen. This application was priced at 2,99 euros, but the developer has been offering it for a few days for free, so it is a good opportunity to try it and see if it suits our needs.

PixelScheduler are located on the side that we have previously selected and allow us to set its width. A small arrow tells us the time of day we are in and if we have any pending events or not. Depending on the color of the calendar where we have noted the appointments, the notification will be displayed in that color, so that simply out of the corner of our eye we can quickly identify it. To check if we have any appointments throughout that day, we just have to move the mouse towards the bar, to be displayed. If we do not have any appointments throughout that day, the bar will not be displayed, as is logical.
