Clean your Mac from junk with HD Cleaner, free for a limited time

Dear Windows users, today I am going to give you a joy, but let it not serve as a precedent 😂. Although macOS is a much easier to use, much prettier, and much better performing operating system than your beloved "windows" operating system, macOS is not perfect! And like any system, it also needs us to take care of it, pamper it, and perform certain maintenance tasks from time to time in order to always have it ready.

One of the most common problems (if this can really be called a problem) is that in macOS (or on OS X if you haven't yet upgraded to Sierra) a lot of "garbage" accumulates. This, logically, occupies precious storage space on our computer that we could dedicate to better things, not to say that, the more free space, the better performance our apple computer will offer. Well then HD Cleaner is a simple but useful tool that will help us very effectively in our purpose. And to top it all, if you hurry, you get it for free.

Clean your Mac for free with HD Cleaner

Like every day, today I have taken a walk through the Mac App Store in search of applications on sale or, better yet, free. And among all the trash (because it must be recognized that there is a lot of trash) I have come across HD Cleaner, a paid application that has become free for a limited time y que me ha parecido lo suficientemente interesante como para recomendarla en Soy de Mac.

The truth is that HD Cleaner is not going to do something that other similar applications that we can find inside or outside the Mac App Store do not: Disk Dias, Disk Cleaner, Disk Cleaner Pro, Clear Disk and many others, including Clean My Mac that In my personal opinion, it is second to none. Nevertheless, HD Cleaner does what it promises, and nothing else: clean our Mac of junk files that do nothing more than take up space. And if we also get it for free, like now, all the better.

With flash storage systems we have gained speed, however, we have lost storage volume as they are much more expensive. Thus, many users have 128 or 256 GB on our computers, so on more than one occasion we can be in a hurry. However, if we do an analysis of what that space is occupying, we will see that we could win a few say if we eliminate everything that is left over.

I am not just referring to the downloads folder or the trash, where sometimes we accumulate things that we do not even know why, but rather all the remains that remain after updating applications (if you use Chrome, for example, every time it is updated, it keeps the previous version, one hundred and a bit of megabytes), surfing the internet, files that we have duplicates and we had not even noticed.

Well, «HD Cleaner helps you get rid of useless files so you can have more space on your hard drive. Scan your home folder and free up space on your hard drive for important things. »

All at once HD Cleaner removes downloads, app cache, app logs, "junk", browser history and cookies, Mail downloads, or iOS updates.

Among the main features of HD Cleaner are:

  • Overview Chart: view how much space you have available and how much you can clean.
  • Quick Access: Quickly access and learn more about what files to delete.
  • Personalization: Choose what you want to erase based on your needs.
  • Quick Cleanup: It only takes one button to free up gigabytes of space!

HD Cleaner has a regular price of € 5,99 however, if you hurry, you can have it totally free. Remember that the only thing I can guarantee you is that the promotion is available at the time of publishing this post and for a limited time; If the developer doesn't announce when the offer ends, a server is no guess. so hey!

I find it difficult to believe that an application whose name contains "Free" is paid, but if you say so ...

I'm not saying it, nor do I make up anything. When I wrote the post it was lowered from 5,99 to Free, if afterwards the developer has made it definitely free, or it is what he intended from the beginning, it is something that neither I nor anyone else can act on. As you will understand, I have not the slightest interest in saying that it is discounted if not, the only interest is that you take advantage of an offer that I have found. In any case, it is free, so if you want you can take advantage of it, or not. That already, at the consumer's choice.

Sorry for the return, but looking at the App Store I have seen that the one that is now totally free (if you do not have in-app purchases later) is Disk Diag, whose price is € 2,99. Greetings
