Climate, an app to control the Nest thermostat from your Mac

thermostat app

If in my house instead of having central heating I had individual heating, you cannot have the slightest doubt that the thermostat that I would install would be Nest, a true marvel created by Tony Fadell -one of the fathers of the iPod- who has revolutionized the world of thermostats.

From your Mac

Until now the usual thing was to control Nest from the browser or from your iOS application, but thanks to Climate it will also be possible to do it from the Mac, so it will surely become the next purchase of all of you who have this thermostat.

The application is positioned in the Menu bar and it shows us the maximum and minimum temperature all the time, while by accessing the app we can see more options and configure the thermostat to our liking without any problem, being able to program it to activate certain patterns when we leave the house or even to deactivate it completely .

This app it's not free, and while it is true that Nest can be accessed at zero cost from the browser, a dedicated application is always more functional and logical for users who are moderately demanding. If I had the Nest, I would buy it without thinking.
