Control your Mac from iOS with, Chrome Remote Desktop

Google launches the application, Chrome Remote Desktop for iOS that allows you to control any Mac or PC from your smartphone or tablet. This application already existed for Android users for quite some time, but now the company decided to launch the app for iOS users fully compatible with iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.

Undoubtedly it is a great option to access the Google Remote Desktop, without restrictions of any kind including access from our idevice on friends or family computers. This tool expands those that we already have available today, such as teamviewer, logmein, etc.

To use it we only have to access the App Store and download the application on our iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch and once downloaded we can connect with the Mac or PC using the Chrome extension called, Chrome Remote Desktop. Both the application and the Chrome extension for the Mac are totally free and easy to install by the user.

Once the application is installed and open the extension, we just have to accept the permissions and add the code that is launched from the extension of our computer. Always in the first configuration requires this code and the small configuration, but once linked for the first time a list will appear with the enabled devices within the Chrome interface with which it will be easier to link the following occasions.
