Little by little computer manufacturers will adapt to this new port and we will see more and more computers with it. This is when peripheral manufacturers will start launching products with this unique port. We are not saying that there are no products with USB-C ports, but it is not normal to see them.

In just over 5 minutes I already had an order placed for a cable that has nothing to envy to those that we can find in large stores and best of all, its price has not even reached three euros. It is a cable that on one side it has the double connector of USB 3.0 hard drives and on the other end the USB-C port. 

I have also read that you have to be careful with the USB-C cables that are purchased to connect to 12-inch MacBooks and that not all manufacturers strictly comply with the standard and you could damage your machine. The truth is that I was looking at the comments of the product and they announced it as accepted in the Macbook.

In short, a cable that now allows me to directly connect my external hard drive without the need for adapters. I do all this because I do not usually connect that hard drive to other computers therefore I will not have the problem that the other computers do not have a USB-C port.
