Cycles will have second and third season already confirmed

Cycles

Once again, we have to talk about renovations and / or upcoming projects surrounding Apple's video streaming service. The sitcom Ciclos, produced by BBC Studios has been renewed for a second season and a season, although at the moment it is not known if this will be the last.

Apple has announced that Cycles, its British comedy about fertility and adoption, will begin its second season on May 14. Each week will publish a new episode until completing the 8 that are part of this second season.

Ciclos tells the story of a couple who are trying by all means to have children. During the second season, the protagonists Nikki and Jason, played by Esther Smith and Rafe Spall, attempt the adoption while realizing that having a child is more difficult than you could imagine.

After receiving approval from the adoption court, they find that the placement of a child is not as straightforward as they hoped. It seems that the children are picked up by other couples while they are left behind. Helped by their eccentric social worker Penny (Imelda Staunton), they are determined to do their best. When Nikki meets a girl named Princess at an adoption event, she knows instantly that she is the girl for them. But Nikki's plan faces obstacles that may prove insurmountable.

Cycles was the first british comedy scripted on Apple TV +. It's the work of screenwriter and creator Andy Wolton, and its producers have previously made shows like "Derry Girls," "Motherland," and Catastrophe.
