Yes, eliminate the Air and leave two models MacBook and MacBook Pro, the Pro should leave the possibility of expanding memory and storage.

In my opinion an air with i7 and 512 ssd for € 1700 is compared to the 1700 of the base MacBook Pro or the more attractive MacBook m7 256. They should not at least not until they offer a MacBook at a lower price

I would agree but it still seems absurd to me that Apple is determined to put us new usb ports when it is still unnecessary technology, also the Macbook with a single port is a joke. I personally think that the Air is fine at the moment.

Price quality seems to me the best apple has at the moment.
I think 12 Macbooks are very expensive for the computers that they are and the macbook pro are computers for professionals.
In my humble opinion for daily users we come in luxury.

MacBook Air does more for less money. Larger screen (13 vs 12). Even at its "heavier" weight relative to the MacBook 12, it is lightweight (it won't remove a hernia). Wider keyboard, faster and more comfortable for typing. More ports (usb, essential for productivity). Lower price. Why should we bother with a Mac shadowing?
