Yesterday we informed you about the comments made by the CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk during a recent interview with the German newspaper Handelsblatt. The CEO, known for speaking his mind on many occasions, made some comments that could easily have been interpreted as a criticism in the design of the Apple Watch, and the quality of Tesla's company employees as opposed to apple's, but on Friday afternoon the CEO Tweeted some opinions to soften those comments.

His initial comments were in reference to the call "War on poaching"  between Tesla and Apple by automotive engineers. "They have hired people we have fired"said the CEO. «We are always joking We call Apple 'Tesla's Graveyard'. If you don't do it at Tesla, you go to work at Apple. " It was very comfortable in my opinion.

The CEO then briefly explained why he doesn't think much about Apple's plan to build a electric car:

Have you ever taken a look at the Apple Watch?. Hahaha. Not seriously. It is good that Apple is moving with a large investment in this direction, but cars are very complex compared to phones or computers. Your You can't ask Foxconn make me a million cars, it's not that easy.

These comments were made last month during Elon Musk's visit to Europe. The CEO used Twitter this Friday afternoon to clarify his comments:

Translated to Spanish, I don't hate Apple. It is a great company with a lot of talented people. I love their products and I'm glad they are doing an EV ». EV (Electric Vehicle). These comments should come as no surprise, as the CEO has been the vocal in the past to bring Apple closer to entering the automotive industry with an electric car.

Translated to Spanish, “As for the watch, Jony and his team created a beautiful design, but the functionality is not convincing. But version 3 will arrive ». Elon Musk mentioned Apple's Chief Designer and his team, congratulating him on the watch's design.
