In the last developer conference, we were presented with a new native application that would come on Apple Watch with the new WatchOS 3 operating system, which we already named some of its best news. This app is called Breathe and it serves to guide you in breathing and relaxation exercises, with a very beautiful interface and perfectly adapted to the size of the clock screen.
Today I want to recommend you Essence, a similar app by Rudolf Adamkovic that you can use from your iPhone or iPad, without having an Apple Watch.
Essence and your iPhone in favor of full relaxation
Forget about your problems and get some rest. Calm down and don't get so overwhelmed by things that may not be as serious as they seem at first glance. Actually everything is going well, breathe a little. Breathe with Essence.
The interface is as simple as its use. Open and use, no tutorials or logins or entertainment in any way. Neither advertising. You just take a breath, hit Start and follow the steps. Breathe, hold and release, over and over again. This exercise helps you relax and calm down, as well as getting good breathing.
It is similar to what we find in the Breathe app of the Apple Watch with the latest update coming out in the fall. The nice and simple interface is perfectly integrated for the size of the iPhone and iPad. Give it a try. This app is not expensive and if you catch a good day you get it for free, these days it has been for a limited time and that is how I met it.
